What is your turnaround time?

We shoot for a turnaround time of 24-72 hours excluding weekends and depending on the volume of each shipment.

Will you store our products in your warehouse?

Storing products is an option, however, if products must be stored longer than 2 weeks we will charge $35 per pallet per month (or $8.75/week prorated)

Do you accept pallets?

Yes we are completely able to accept pallets - free of charge. However, to receive, do a quality control check on your inventory, label the outside of your pallets, re-palletize and store your shipment until they can be shipped LTL, we charge a $25/pallet fee.

Do you accept products from liquidation sources and other used inventory?

Yes we take New and Used items 

What happens to returns/damaged products?

The choice is yours. We will take photos of the damaged products and communicate with you on how you would like to proceed. The most common choices are to have the products returned to you or to dispose of them.

 

Do you require User Permissions to Seller Central?

Yes. We have found that this is the most efficient method of accurately intaking your shipments as well as having shipment labels printed and fixing minor changes that sometimes need to be made within Seller Central. This way your merchandise can get to their destinations faster.
